The layout

The Octopus Loft takes up the top floor of our building. You walk into an open living and dining area with a full kitchen, stocked for everything from breakfast to a real dinner. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the bathroom is a full bath. Step outside onto the large private deck, the favorite spot of most guests, with rocking chairs for morning coffee and evening drinks.

It’s condo-style living without the condo tower: a quiet, self-contained apartment in a small property where the owners live on site.

The location

You’re in downtown Fort Myers Beach, 2 to 3 minutes on foot from the sand and about five minutes from Times Square, with restaurants, bars and live music on the way. Who it suits

Couples, solo travelers and snowbirds who want a comfortable base with a real kitchen and outdoor space. It’s on the third floor and reached by stairs only, so it isn’t a fit for guests who can’t manage stairs; ask us about accessibility or parking before you book.
