- The Loft is an elevated home, so every unit is reached by stairs. There is no elevator.
- One free on-site parking space for a standard vehicle.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, out of respect for our neighbors.
- No smoking or vaping indoors.

How close are you to the beach?
Only a 2 to 3 minute walk through downtown until you reach the white sand. Bring the included beach gear and go!
