Brand new for 2026

The Main House opened in September 2026, so everything is new: furniture, linens, kitchen and bathrooms. Read the story in our announcement on the blog.

The layout

Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. Each bedroom has its own private half bath, and the two are joined by a spa-style Jack-and-Jill rainfall shower, so nobody waits for the bathroom. A full guest bathroom brings the total to 2.5 baths. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for family dinners, there’s a dedicated workspace, a private entrance, and a private deck with a partial view of the beach in the distance.

The location

The beach is 2 to 3 minutes away on foot, and Times Square, restaurants, shops and nightlife are about five minutes away. Every stay includes a free on-site parking space, free bikes and beach gear. Check the view from downtown on our Fort Myers Beach live webcam.

Who it suits

Families, two couples and friends traveling together, up to four guests. It’s on the second floor and reached by stairs; ask us about accessibility or parking before you book.
